Hey There,
Thanks for the great plugin. I have a couple of questions.

• Is it possible to change VAT to GST?
• Secondly is it possible for the Tax to be calculated and included in the amount the person decides to donate for a product and not added on after?

Lastly my thank you page doesn't seem to be working. When I place an order the email that comes through has all the correct information however the thank you page doesn't seem to be receiving the information. My site is peaktrampoline.com

Regarding the VAT text I'll check on that.

Regarding the other issue, try updating to the latest version.
