Hi there,

When encryption is enabled then the downloaded PDF file is becoming (Unknown file) all the sudden but when this option is disabled then the file recognised as PDF immediately.

What do you think the issue is, and any possible solution?

Hello Ashafi,

I think both problems are related. I've seen this happen when the status is Pendning for the order and WooCommerce does not provide data for the order to the ebook store plugin, do you think you can share some login info so I can look into it tomorrow when in the office?
