TOPIC: cant attach the PDF and mobi files

cant attach the PDF and mobi files,
prnt.sc/e6h9ue
i dont see buttons i can attach files.

pls advice

i am going to proceed to refund if i dont hear back from you. your plugin is broken, the module for inserting the mobi, pdf is missing.

when i try and save post i get this msg too.
The embed code [ebook_store id=XX] is not meant to be in the ebook description, it must be in the post or page where you want the ebook order form to appear. Click Back, correct that and try again.

there are still no buttons below text box to upload any book format.
i desperately need this to work., pls help

I think we already resolved it but the problem is that you simply need to use the embed code in posts or pages not inside ebook description. Also if you do not have PDF formats with the ebook that might be a problem, use any type of ebook format in the PDF field as it's the main and required one.

That's to be taken care of in an update to make pdf non-mandatory.

I AM using "the embed code in posts or pages". But the plugin I just bought does not work because of the same error message:

"The embed code [ebook_store id=XX] is not meant to be in the ebook description, it must be in the post or page where you want the ebook order form to appear. Click Back, correct that and try again."

I don't know what you mean by "inside ebook description". It would be very helpful if you would explain what that means, ideally with a screenshot. I suggest you also make the error message more helpful.

This means that the ebook embed code is put in the ebook store item description and not inside a post or page.

You can get in touch with me over email so I can assist further, but basically this means that you copied and pasted the code on the wrong place.

The right place is the page / post or any other post type but ebook store items.

The ebook store item description is meant to contain mostly text.
