Only 10 authors available to select for ebook 6 years 11 months ago #3467

Hi, I've added 20 authors via the "Add author" functionality, but only the last 10 are showing when I add/edit an ebook and want to select an author.

Is there some way to change this setting so all appear in the selection box, or can I add them manually?
