Hi!

When a costumer buys an ebook from our shop especially paying with PayPal, the download link appears only on some kind of thank you page.
After leaving this page is not there an option to redownload the book?

Meanwhile it is selected to send in e-mail the link and book to the costumer also but it doesn't send shit.

How exactly this downloading procedure works 'cause I didn't figure it out. All the documentations and the videos are seen by 3 different people.
