TOPIC: email delivery not including all formats?

Hello,
Maybe this is simple - but I can't get it to work...
Thank you page is properly including both formats of my book - epub and mobi.

I checked the box on the general tab to include email delivery - the description states it means the buyer will receive order details, links to all formats and a backup copy.

All the email includes is whatever file is in the first attached slot (in the pdf holder) - which in my case is the epub file. There is no link for mobi. The box below appears to be the flag for actually attaching a backup - which is unwarranted.

I tried adding the code that appears to be missing on the email based on what's in the thank you template....

ie
<strong>Other formats of the ebook:</strong> %%download_links%%

but that yields "Other formats of the ebook: No other file formats are available for this ebook." within emails.

Help! (Using Pro by the way)

Have you tried with the latest and the following code instead

<strong>Use the link(s) to start the download:</strong> %%downloadlink_html%%
