i try to contact you by phone but the phone never gets answered and rings out. i try Contact developer to chatt to resolve my problem but it never gets answered. i try to contact by skype but no one ever answers it
You are quick to take my money but help in support is useless. but I really need help with setup. I follow tutorials but still, the attachments don't geta attached to emails. HELP

Are you integrating with woocommerce or not?

If not, please ensure that emails are sent properly from ebook store.
I suggest:

Go to ebook store settings
Disable attachments
Make sure email delivery is on
Install WP Easy SMTP
Setup your site to use SMTP for outbound mail
Install WP Mail Log plugin to check if email is sent, and if it’s sent and not delivered, then it’s in junk folder.

BUT start with this, go to Ebook store > Settings > Templates > Click Save

Then try again.
