Getting started

While we were building the plugin we wanted to make sure that it will be accessible by not so tech savy users, so we made it really simple to use and get started, here are the basic steps needed:

  • Install the plugin in WordPress.
  • Go to the settings page, fill in your PayPal account in the first box. The rest of the settings are preconfigured by default so you don't have to do it.
  • Go to eBook Store > Add eBook
  • Fill in title, description, upload logo, set pages price and author. Save your new ebook!
  • Then all you need to do is copy the code from the embed box on that page and paste it in the page / post / widget where the form will appear. That's all!

 

What it does?

This intuitive WordPress plugin will let you sell eBooks in all formats (epub, mobi, PDF, zip, mp3, txt and etc), enabling DRM functionality like watermarking and password encryption (PDF files) via one click order and checkout process via PayPal or Stripe that does not require registration or via it's built in integration with WooCommerce and all payment methods supported by it.

How it works?

Once Ebook Store items have been created they can be sold standalone using Stripe or PayPal which are built in the plugin. No registration is required from customers. Their data is received from the payment gateways and/or via the built in "Fill a form" feature that allows you to enforce a form that must be filled in before the one click order process continues (or free download, gated content functionality). After checkout the user can access the downloads on the plugin "Thank You" page or the WooCommerce order confirmation page if you use the optional integration. Email delivery functionality can deliver the files via email (including the password) if enabled.
