Hi
Firstly thank you for 4.0 it works fine on my WordPress 4.2.1 install providing<strong> I DO NOT enable encryption</strong>.

Now this <strong>might not be a new problem</strong>(I haven't checked the download file in detail before) but I have now discovered that when I enable encryption and the other features linked to it(QR code, disable printing etc) this action causes all the hyperlinks in the downloaded file to cease functioning.

I would be happy to just use features like no printing/copying/sharing but these are not available unless encryption is enabled.

In effect this means that I am unable to protect my work(since I need the hyperlinks in the PDF to function) which was the reason I bought your plugin.

So if I want to use the plugin it seems I am just stuck with the FREE version.

Your thoughts and any possible solutions would be appreciated.

I'll check on that next week and if the pdf framework allows it, you can be sure it will be taken care of.

Hi Deian,

We've bought your Ebook Store plugin and we're having problems with the links inside the generated PDF file. They're not clickable.

It's the same problem as the one mentioned by Mike.

Did you fix this issue already? Or Is it possible to fix it?

We're setting up the website to sell an ebook that has a lot of links in it and without the links accessible, it's pretty much pointless.

Hello Gent,

I'm battling with the problem for the last few days and I did find a solution but it requires a hosted solution. Right now appears that there is only one php framework capable of doing this. I have checked and other plugins available for woocommerce for example have the same problem and they cost like $79. I will be offering the hosted solution service within a month.
