Can you check the ipn history in your account? Keep in mind last 4 days PayPal is having trouble delivering ipn on time.

I don't understand why my mail doesn't work but yours. Does IPN delivery change according to mail address? If so is it about me, or Paypal itself?
I checked IPN history and all of the latest transactions have 200 as status ID.

Settings are per account. If it works with my email then it's related to the paypal settings.

IPN delivery changes based on mail address as for a specific email it might be turned off.

Can you email me the settings you have in the IPN page in paypal?

As notification URL, I have my website's home page ex: mysite.com/
And of course this option is checked: Receive IPN messages (Enabled)

All quicksell transaction IPN statuses are 200.

But please note that I also have Emerald installed on my site and its IPNs are always failed with 500 status number. Till last week I didn't have a problem with Quicksell but since 1 week I also have problem with Quicksell, too.

In IPN history page Emerald transactions are displayed as Failed with 500. But Quicksell transactions are displayed as Sent with 200.
