TOPIC: problem with the previews

Hey there....thanks for the good work on this extension. However, I am having issues with the previews aspect of the functionality. ...for some reason, I uploaded a preview for Statement of claim. and it showed up fine. I uploaded a preview for Diligent Search ( I believe the same way) and in front there was a preview button. However this button released only a 404 error.

Could I get some help on this issue?

Might be some issue with the filename of the preview, can you try something with characters of the a-z0-9 range only just for test?

Hi, originally, the file that worked and the only file that worked so far was called Statement of Claim.JPG (yes the name had spaces and capitals). I tried again, with a file named personalservice.JPG (removed spaces and capitals) and no luck. As you can see in the screenshots...the plugin button "believes" a new folder and file are there and points to it, but on the server, the file and folder are not there at all.

That's pretty strange, have you tried deleting / removing file and reuploading file and preview? Could you provide me some login details so I can have a look?
