CeltcWebs	Hi, I've got everything setup and I haven't got VAT selected but when customer gets to checkout they get VAT added on. Is there a way I can force disable VAT please? I have put a support request in on Thursday but I uneiftunately have not heard anything back

Hi there,

I am pretty sure I replied to that too via email, but if not here it is again,
Please check the following:
1. EU Vat mode for digital goods on?
2. VAT setting is off?
3. Invoicing? If it's on it might trigger the vat window as for the invoicing proper vat and company details are requred.

Please let me know.

P.s. I saw the refund request - no problem about that, but I will try to help first, I'm never leaving any of my customers behind.

Unfortunately I was off due to personal reasons for almost a week and I'm a little behind schedule. You can be sure I will assist with whatever you need.
