I could swear I tested this and confirmed it worked when I installed, but it's definitely not working now.

I checked the code on the page and addToCart=yes is set for every book. When you mouse over them you see this link: www.vvfh.org/ebooks.html#

The page is {loadposition ebooks} at the top, before the visual elements.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Please install jQuery easy, it seems to be missing on your site even though it's part of the joomla core.

For now the updating is manual but that will change soon and it will work with the joomla updater.
