TOPIC: downloadsexceeded

Hi guys ,
Sometimes I have problem with free files when trying to download them. I'm getting the error, via white page or downloadsexceeded in url. I've gave 1000 download limit for per files but I'm still getting the error.
Did it experienced before?

This is strange, may be some other limitation was hit, what is the download expiration value setting at?

No , I set manually all expiration date to 2019 . Can you check it please ?
It's really strange . Sometimes downloading , sometimes not downloading after click .

Please email me a screenoshot of that setting.
