TOPIC: Payment with Paypal - problem coupling with order

I'm going crazy with this.

I'm using a Paypal sandbox account and I'm using the facilitator account to configure the Paypal payment on the website.
I've also set a silent registration.

The process to pay for the download seems to work. I go on the Paypal platform to validate the payment, then back on the website.
I'm getting a "Thank you message" but I don't have any transaction number, the price is 0.
In my email I'm getting a first email for the silent registration which seems to work. The second email is for the document delivery. Here again, no transaction number and the price is 0. The attached PDF is protected but the link which is in the email is not.

If I try to connect with this user on the front end, it says I don't have any order.

Any idea about what I'm doing wrong ?

Thank you, based on your info I patched the issue and it's working properly now.
