TOPIC: PayPal won't recognize login/password

Hi. I have a document on my site for download and when testing the purchasing process, I'm taken to the PayPal site. My email already populates the user box, but when I put in my password, it tells me my login and password do not match. I tried it with another PayPal account I have and same thing. When I open a new browser window and go directly to PayPal, my password/email combo works fine. I also noticed that at the bottom of the screen, the link to go back to my site, says: Cancel and return to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. instead of the website address. Is there a configuration step I'm missing? Attached is a screenshot.

If you enabled sandbox test mode the accounts there are create separately. It's another instance of paypal, register at developer.paypal.com and create test accounts there then use them for testing.
