New Error after user pays for file 6 years 4 months ago #3748

Dear Team
After a user buys an item and is redirected to the website, an error message appears:
(example below)
eli-b.co.uk/index.php/shop/pdf-sewing-pa...e2e&utm_nooverride=1

Transactions used to work so I'm not sure why it is happening now.
The users does not get the email with the purchased file.
Any Help Would be appreciated.
