TOPIC: PDF Resizing on page during download

I upload PDFs, and they are all formatted correctly, with the text/graphics filling the page.

After download, the text/graphics are shrunken, and only fill the top left corner of the page.

Is there any reason why this would be?

Strange, that's with pdf encryption on?

Encryption is on.

The original, uploaded PDF is A5 size (5.83in x 8.27in or 148mm x 210mm) portrait, but the downloaded file page size is 8in x 11in or 203mm x 279mm portrait.

If I turn encryption off, the problem goes away.

Just so other users know, the issue was resolved by changing compression settings.
