Hi,

Because it turned out file is 1.6 not 1.5 which was the problem. Is it not working with 1.5 on your end?

So you're saying the codes don't work in Adobe format 1.6 and I have to revert to 1.5?

That's how it works due to the changes Adobe did in PDF 1.6 format.
