Even though we have the QR Code watermark selected (see attached), the watermark does not show up in the document when purchased (see attached)

Hi,

Most likely the PDF file is not in PDF 1.5 format. Re-save it in it and it should start working.

Yes you can open it with Adobe reader and go to menu File - properties
