TOPIC: Blank Screen if I go directly to the download link

I set the "Required Registration" to on but if I go directly to the download link, it only show a blank screen.

You mean that after someone orders and is sent to the download page he gets a white screen?

Only when require registration is on?

I'm sorry for the late reply.
The download link is a free download link but people need to register first before download the file.

Scenario:
1. People want to have a file from our website.
2. He registered to the site
3. Get redirect to the download page
4. He manually save the download link
5. After couple of days he try to download the file again.
6. He type the link / copy/paste it manually
7. He got a blank page

Other question:
- For a free download, how can I set the download limit to unlimited ?
- Why quicksell doesn't register the people who download the free file on the backend (Orders-menu). The time/date is always 01:00, January, 1 1970 and user is always Non-registered user.

I will check on the registration and free files, it's a good idea.

Regarding the blank screen - is it a pdf file? Can you make sure if it's pdf that it's up to PDF 1.5?

Is it possible that download links are expired? Is that the latest update? Thanks!

No its not a pdf files. Its a installation setup files (.msi).
